Biography
Mark is a member of the Illinois State Bar and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Mark received his J.D., with distinction, from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1998, where he was a member of the Iowa Law Review. He received his B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame in 1994.Over the course of his career, Mark has successfully represented businesses and individuals in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters. In addition, Mark has been involved in numerous different Chapter 11 cases, assisting the debtor through reorganization.
